The person behind the plugin

Drum Breaker is made by Nuhu Najeemuddin Shaik and published by The Sample Lab. The same person makes the plugin and writes these drum guides.

Hear the change for yourself

Our Before / After players use the same beat, with the effect off and on. The recordings use Drum Breaker’s actual effects, at a similar volume, so you can compare the sound more fairly.

The bass demo uses a simple example tone to explain why bass can disappear on small speakers. It is labelled separately. None of the demos uploads or changes your own audio.

A few things to know

• We sell Drum Breaker. Our comparisons say where another plugin may suit you better, and link to its maker.
• “24,000+ producers” refers to The Sample Lab, not the number of Drum Breaker users.
• Drum Breaker can create vintage-style sounds. It does not claim to copy a particular piece of hardware.
• No plugin fixes every beat. The guides include things you can try with tools you already own.
